what neighborhood evaluation tools do you use to classify it A,B,C,D or F neighborhood ?
I had aggression of outcomes in past from websites like trullia, zillow or broker inputs.

Hi @Paul , Thanks for the advise. do you have any recommendation of such private lenders?
Passive investor sounds a finically viable option, however neither i have that solid personal investor network nor want to take additional pressure to cash out of investment on anyone else's timelines.
