@Ronald Rohde - what is the best way to find the operators ? I have a 22,000 sq ft hospital building that I want to convert into ALF. I do not want to operate it but need an operator who can own the master lease.

Any pointers will be very helpful.

I have an old hospital building that i want to re-purpose as assisted living care. However, I want a tenant before start this project. Any recommendation how to best market to prospective tenants, beside putting up signs and reaching out to owners of existing assisted living businesses.
