Hi Luke! I think you can still use direct mail, and really target exactly what you're looking for using very specific county assessor data. I think that low-volume businesses can totally thrive this way - its the way you target your list and price your offers that will affect your success. Good luck!

Hi @Nick Peraino! That's a great budget. You can budget $1 per unit, which includes seller data and printing/postage, all in. If you're spending more than that, you're nuts! :)

Hi @Hector Lozano! We get our lists directly from RealQuest, which is from county assessor data. Their searchable content is really pretty amazing.
