I really liked when I'm on my mobile phone I can see a picture of the person next to there name . I got used to seeing that name face recognition. Now it just will say for example

"Malik Welch investor from augusta replied 5 seconds ago" next to the name a big nice picture use to be present when scrolling the forum .

That's awsome congratulation! Rentals are a good way to go. I expect to be closing on a rental property In the next couple of days. As well as working on getting my license now. Seems everyone is going with KW .

Nice to see another young Adult. I just had my 19th birthday recently. My advice would be to find some investors in you're local market who have been around 10+ years & latch onto them. Take them to lunch & See how you can help them first . If you just stick around and continue to pass the " showing up " test you will be amazed at what can happen.

I enjoy the challenge of trying to find "Deals" along with the satisfaction to potentially solve someone's problem. I'm Working on closing on a rental property next week . Will be a licensed Real estate agent pretty soon as Well! Hopefully with in the next 4 Weeks.
