So as you can see the subject said it all really. I'm looking to see if anyone on BP (in the gainesville,fl area preferred) knows good company or set of people for a kitchen remodel. I've been through a double bathroom remodel but that was a brutal and hasty decision I had to make so i went with Lowe's. They were expensive so I'm not trying to go that route again. So if anyone in this area has some recommendations I would really appreciate it. Thanks again

Before i go through with getting pre-qualified for a loan the last thing i need to know is how much homeowners insurance would cost me and if this place is in a flood zone. I just want to make sure that you can find the zones through public records because I looked and couldn't find it. So i want to make sure I'm looking in the right spot. Next i live in gainesville,fl so I want to see if anyone has any recommendations on insurance companies to speak to.
