hello fellow investors, my wife and I need to move out of our first property in northern VA to a much bigger home for our growing family. I have 8300 to put down thru my 401k but our credit is bad. is there anyway to still find any private lenders who can help? our first property had already been evaluated and will be taken care of by a property manager we have built a relationship with.

Hello to All, 

I am currenlty using the free version of podio to track my real estate business as I work full time.  I have decided to take the course to get my license and I really go the extreme and take full advantage of time while still working full time job.  If anyone has used both, I would love to have any feedback on both platforms, the do's and don'ts, or even thoughts on pricing of these type of platforms.
