I would say oh you got your laundry in June, I thought it was July. But, you probably were anxious to get clean clothes. Unless you have objections, we will start with June laundry pricing. Thanks. (What could their objection be, nothing).

Also, do your best to be "on the phone" as much as possible, limiting your interactions. I'd also bring cokes, if it's hot, everyone will be thirsty.

Martin, seriously? What neighborhood would you consider bad if not this one. There are gun fights there regularly. It's not even an up and coming type area. The only way I would ever invest is if the rentals were 100% section 8. and even then I wouldn't.

I wouldn't ever worry about if the bank is making money. If they weren't, they wouldn't be doing anything to help you. If the deal works for you, take it.

The rodent is at fault. Call the landlord, he will bait.

I don't always run the credit checks, but I get the info (dob, ss)  should I need it later.
