@Brad Noe,  I did end up managing to get good leads out of express.  I did also make the transition to Adwords and feel it is certainly worthwhile (assuming you have a budget to support it).  Adwords certainly lives up to its reputation in terms of being expensive.

Hello to All...

This Duplex is in Duncanville, Texas.  It had tenants and each unit had its own utility boxes.  Yet the City Tax records only shows one unit.  The other side/unit seems to be off the grid.

Does that need to be fixed with the City ?
