@Account Closed its always good to see another investor from NC. I am from Lenoir, NC and I invest here. Its no where as populated as Charlotte or the bigger city's but I have enjoyed doing it here and it has been profitable. There are several companies that are looking to come to this area. We have Google here and are now adding to there location here. Its also home to Eric Church the country music singer and Madison Bumgarner the MLB pitcher for the San Francisco Giants. I am always looking to help out so if you want to know anything about this area I will help you in anyway that I can.

@Orita Issartel you could do private lending with some of it. I purchase properties in my area and fix and rent them out. Paying some where between $30,000 to $40,000 after purchase and repair. Renting them out from $600 to $1,000 a month. You could even purchase some yourself and rent them out as well.

@Brent Hill I haven't done any investing in Hickory but I work there a lot and can check the areas out for you. All of mine have been in Lenoir NC were I live. It's were they built a google data center several years ago. It's home of Eric Church the country music star and home of Madison Bumganer the pitcher for SAn Francisco Giants.
