Thanks for your response Jeff!

I would honestly like to know where I start. For example, if I find a fsbo preforeclosure in Ohio and I want it. After I contact them and they as Agree to letting me assign. Where do I go from there? What would be my next steps? Please let me know.

I'm anxious to learn and get this going.

thanks,

Henr

HELLO EVERYONE!

I really want to build an out-of-state wholesale team. I'm in Utah and I want to specialize in FL or OH. I have closed one deal locally so far. The thing is, the market is great for Agents here but not for wholesaling. Also, I've been very interested in remote wholesaling lease options and straight wholesaling virtually!

I need ADVICE, A TRUSTWORTHY WHOLESALER, TITLE ESCROW COMPANY INVESTOR FRIENDLY & AGENT.

A mentor with virtual experience would be great 😊

Thanks,

Henn

It is very interesting to watch the different opinions & comments on this virtual wholesaling subject.

Joe Mccall says, "we are not in the real estate business. We're in the marketing business." He also said, marketing, automation and outsourcing are most important to remember.

Truth is, it's possible & Joe Mccall is not the only successful remote wholesaler. I Think many of his ideas are pretty genius. The only hard parts would be getting RELIABLE GROUNDS PEOPLE . Also, TRUSTING PEOPLE that you don't meet in person is HUGE.

Just like ANSON said, It drives him crazy sometimes to no be there. Although, I do think a voice and Skype is just as powerful as meeting in person.

Success Path is not a scam. In fact I've been to a handful of real estate investing seminars. They are all similar but Success Path is actually the most affordable so far. Also, they are refreshingly different and unique..

You have to go in with a positive mindset and courage. I have been the only one to walk out without purchasing anything.

I've  heard presenters talk about me as I walk out. I don't care because I know what's worth my money and what's not.

Success Path is actually much cheaper than many I've heard.

I also thought Tarek and Christinas HGTV show was the most honest one I've seen. They show them making detrimental mistakes. Now, they are making a killing and they NEVER CLAIMED TO BE SO CALLED, GURUS.

hmmm....bandit signs seem like such a sure fire way to get leads coming in, BUT they don't feel right. I have yet to advertise this way. Everytime I get fired up to put them out, I stop. Thanks Bill S.

Creating a website is pretty simple and quick, but does anyone have any recommendations on how to market your website, without paying a fortune??

I created a simple introductory web page from weebly. I plan to purchase my own domain when I buy a new PC. My old computer died on me a few months ago.

Can someone give me website pointers? As well as marketing advice. What makes a website pop and persuade sellers to call ME? I mean, what makes Me Different? Why will they choose me? Thanks!!

So this will be my first official home under contract!! My first wholesale deal. It's a nice 3 bd 2 ba modular/mobile home. Was remodeled a few years back. Only adults have lived in it since. He's asking $65,000 for it.

ARV-$145,000

Owner paid-$75,000

My fee-$5,000

Taxes-$1200

How do I calculate this and give the best offer. I came up with higher than $65,000??? Help please! Thanks.......

Thank you! I appreciate all your responses. Networking & bandit signs seems like the fastest way toward my goals in investing.

Thank you! So what exactly do you write on them? And where do you place them? How long does it take for calls to come in? & what's your response percentage? 100 signs is a lot!
