@Ryan Craig I also agree with @David Hunter  and what he said. 

Door knocking works. Remember your not selling anything. You are just providing a service. Try calling FSBO and make an appt. with them. Same with expires. Here is another tip call For Rent signs. Most of the time they will be investors which are buyers or maybe they have inventory they want to sell. Sometimes you may find an owner who didn't know what to do with there prop. So they figured they try to rent it.

@Vala Shahabi Mapleton Fall Creek is a good area to buy in. You made a good purchase in my opinion. The area is diffidently being revitalized. It has good comps $125K plus. You will diffidently have multiple exit strategies in the future.

@Stephen Barton Im new to BP myself. I think the way you have is the best way to do it. BP monitors this site pretty carefully. So if they think it is not suitable then they will pull it. 

I believe you should be able to give credit where it is due.
