@Jack Martin Great Key points to look at when doing due diligence on investing with a MHP Fund. Passive investing in a custodial fund ran by a 3rd party and earning returns is great, but if you want to really learn the asset class inside and out you must roll up your sleeves and get your hand dirty. So it all depends on what kind of investor you are or want to become. . . . .

@Cory Iannacone sounds like just asking that one question was worth it in a huge way. Your simplicity should serve myself and others on these forums as a reminder that in life no matter what it is, business, family, friendships, real estate. I know Im guilty of this as well. We as humans tend to over complicate things and rationalize it in our minds as needed steps to achieve a goal and its just not so. You took a simple approach and it worked, plain and simple. I like that!!!

@Craig Herring I went with Line2 as a 2nd line and like it so far. Its way better than google voice in freedom and functionality.

@Jonathan Yeh

depends are you asking what your strategy would be investing passively or actively?

two totally different answers depending on which side of the fence your on as well as the current market conditions for whichever market ( local, out of state) your investing in. . . . .

me personally, assuming i would also run into excess time then i would actively take on a small multifamily BRRRR, and passively become a HML and loan out my money to have it work for me passively. Again this all depends on market conditions, and many other economic factors ( interest rates, quantitative easing / tightening).

Long story short a simple question can turn into a very complex and dynamic answer. . . but that's just my .02

@Allan Smith I did the trials on both which gives you limited features to access. Ultimately i just went with Mojo as my dialer and Podio as the CRM and limited my online advertising/ marketing and focused on more calling and direct mail and driving for dollars. Both programs are really good if your focused heavily on online marketing versus other forms of lead generation in my opinion. What about you have you found any advantages with one over another? Anyone else care to chime in on their experiences with these sites?

@Steve Gerten thanks man!!  Yea that video is more of a general overview of the future implications of life in society and economics as a whole, it does not get industry specific. But a good insight none the less and based on the news of Amazon getting into the RE game that video ( already 3 years old) seems to have seen this coming. . .

@Steve Gerten

@Brandon Sturgill

I would agree with that. Refer to this video below for a more detailed explanation about the disruption cycles that emerging technologies will create and how they will shape and revolutionize the economic landscape in the decades to come.
