yes sir buddy. In fact the city of mobile has argued in court that you have an obligation to secure and maintain. I would get possession as quick as possible.

@Account Closed How much does Experian services cost? Do you have a contact to get that service setup. Tracking down a lot of property owners and good data is key to getting it done quickly.

@Brian Lenz Thanks for the info. What purpose did you indicate that you were using the info for or does it matter? Does it provide better info than something like Whitepages.com in your opinion?

@Brian Lenz did you ever get your TLO account setup? Thinking about getting one and curious to know if its been useful for you.

@Kody Broussard I am really not sure where it goes. I have some buy and holds (SFRs) but mainly do flips/rehabs. I also have a land deal or two. This first meeting I am going to show the inner workings of a few of my deals to help encourage others to share what they do and spread some knowledge. Look forward to having you.
