@Kevin Sobilo when you upload the lease to apartments.com are you uploading it for the tenants to have record or is this when it has to be renewed and they need to sign it ?

If you own the property in your name what would the sending address be if you didn’t want the tenant you have you address when you send the notice and late fee ?

So the late fee bill and notice can be sent in the same envelope as certified mail?

So tomorrow is the 6th, 5 day grace period will be over tomorrow. The notice has to be sent as certified mail saying what exactly and when should it be dated, also how should the late fee be applied if the rent is usually deposited as a check ?

To raise rent to market level in regards comps in the area. Wouldn’t the renovations have to replicate the homes in the area?

How is a late fee sent to the tenant?
