I've seen the address of properties shown as the same name of the LLC, but being that it's so common what happens when that properties is purchased can it still be held as that same title or is it unavailable ?

So are the tenants made aware in the lease that there will be a renewal fee ?

I’m encountering this similar situation. I inherited a tenant in 2017. She’s paying under market rent and doesn’t take care of the unit. Also to touch on the original post, when tenants are in the unit how can you make renovations that will allow the unit to rent at market rent based off comps
