@Kelly Rastatter Thanks for setting this up, it was great to catch up with everyone. Curious to know other peoples thoughts on having a meet up around either Hamilton Place area, Ooltewah or Cleveland? Not sure if this would be more of less convenient? Thoughts?

Brought my first note with them in June. Just got second payment today! They currently pay 9% interest only payments. There's a transaction fee cut off each payment (to cover the cost of the company that handles the transaction). It's a little annoying but to cover this cost they provided a credit at closing. @Randy Rodenhouse as far as I know these are not owner occupied properties, they are investment properties. My experience so far has been positive, but it's early days.

@Jay V. I haven't used their platform but there are a number of other postings/reviews on them here, but searching for them can be difficult. I would suggest you start by reviewing those and then maybe reaching out directly to those that have brought from them. You can see a couple of links in the following post...

I think he means in the app not the website.
I believe they are working on fixing the many issues with the app. They are suggesting to use the browser on mobile devices in the mean time.

Thanks for the reply @Robert Perry. It might an idea to run a beta program or something next time so you can get some controlled feedback. Looking forward to the updates...

I submitted a ticket to them about some of the issues, I was told they are working on it and the suggestion was to use the device browser in the mean time. Hopefully they will be addressed soon. Curious to know if the folks that design/develop the app are volunteers or paid folks?
