I have a lender that could help with this. They are based out of California and can do loans in NH. It's a nonconforming loan program with competitive rates. The company is Change Mortgage. Happy to introduce you to one of the lenders I have worked with in the past!

Post: What area in New Hampshire is best for raising a family?

Hey Alice, I was raised in Rye, NH, and couldn't recommend this area more to bring a young family. I am biased, but growing up in the Seacoast NH area was a phenomenal experience for me. It is definitely a little pricy but well worth it. A few other towns I would recommend moving to are Rye, Portsmouth, Hampton, Exeter, Dover, and Stratham.
I hope this helps!

Hey BP! I recently just sold my first investment property that I purchased about 2 years ago. I made a good profit on the sale and I was going to do a 1031 exchange but I am in a situation where I have to help out a family member by giving them a loan. Any suggestions on how to structure the loan to prevent taxes on the profit?
Looking forward to hearing from you all, thank you!
