Hey guys, I'll be there as well.  This will be my first for Charlotte meetup.  Looking forward to meeting others.

 I'm looking to talk to someone about "what to do next".  I'm not sure if I need to talk to a finance person, real estate lawyer or whom.  

I have 3 rental properties (all have equity).

I have 2 but working on 3 private investors for (fix/flip)

I have my own funds as well (LOC, IRAs, cash)

I'm trying to understand how to setup the contracts with the private lenders (1st/2nd lien, etc).  

I have a few more questions, but rather someone reach out to me directly through email and or a phone call.

Currently month to month lease so you can easily raise the rent as it is rented below market or move in.

Easily can get $1550/month or move in. Property is very good condition.
