@Darlene Solomon you have the right idea connecting with other individuals. They say your networth is in your network. Questions that might help everyone when they connect with you is: what relationships are you looking to build? Also, what are you currently doing in the market? That way you can start working on building your power team. Much success.

@Sang Nguyen that is a great strategy to use. Have the room mates pay off the mortgage. I currently invest in rentals and some flips. A bulk of my business comes from wholesaling properties. As to having a system, that is very important. Having a good one in place will make life so much easier.

@Kristina Pearson that is a smart move. Investing is fun, but scary if you don't know what you are doing. It is very wise to connect with locals that are active in that particular community. Being in the Tampa area myself, I know @Antonio Joseph is one of the best in the area. Best of luck on your investing career.

@Cydy Palang Welcome to the world of investing. I would suggest you set some goals: short term, mid, and long term goals. that will give you a gauge on what direction you will be heading in this industry. Make a plan of action, and start working that plan. Success wont happen over night, but with each day passing- you will build momentum and you will start to see the results. It can be that one deal that changes your life and will move you to put everything into this. Hope to hear of your future success. Best of luck in your investing career. Much success.

@Isaac Hoskins This is a business of connecting dots. We grow more and more successful by the team that we are built around. It is important that you find individuals that will not only enhance your business but you can do the same for them. Keep up the energy, and remain a value to others.
