Looking for property with positive cash flow potential in Fredrick. Planning to visit my brother in Middletown Maryland and am thinking about looking there. Anyone know that area? Advice on areas will be welcome.

FWIW
My situation allowed me to eliminate almost all of my 401k and continue to contribute.
I turned a 3% return into about a 20% ROI by purchasing two homes. I plan to take my money every couple of years. I am over 59 1/2 so I had no penalty.
Wish I had done it years ago.

Thank you Matthew Schroeder
I appreciate the information
It sounded like a decent deal on a flipped house. Guess I better take a drive over there before I get too enthused.

Does anyone have any experience with the W. Washington area of Indianapolis? I got a lead on a 3bd/2bth home that is coming up for sale after a remodel.

My CPA recently told me that passive income - such as real estate- will not affect the amount of SSI that I will collect. I don't know about disability though.

I recently used 1&1. Not sure how much you can manipulate it.
