No I have not as yet. I have not purchased the right property and it would need to be in a busy metro area. I tested the waters with a few ads and did it get any takers so I did not pursue it. I do have a friend that does it in the suburbs of Detroit close to a local hospital and has had very good success with traveling students, medical staff and now they are hosting allot of people displaced by insurance claims(fire, flood ect)

The majority of my units are close to 20 years old! They are too costly to replace just because of age I will keep them until they die!

I close next week on my first auction.com purchase. I went over that I wanted to pay because I thought the buyers premium was included in my bid and I did not know you could win the auction even if you did not meet the reserve. Learned allot and talked to a good CSR that explained allot of the auction rules.
I’m bidding on my 2nd one but the property has been trashed since the foreclosure inspection(drive by whatever they do) so I’m very far away from there reserve price. Also a tip to find the reserve price look on Zillow if it’s posted there they will have the price.
