Charlie Barnett I've been looking at these old buildings too. But some things I've considered is that a lot of downtowns in small towns close down after five o'clock. Where I live it's a ghost town after 5. Also the places I have seen flourishing are in medium size cities that millennials can walk to bars and restaurants. Maybe you area is different. I would also check with city government and/or city planning to see what is planned for the area. Wish you great success.
