Brennan Boyd most importantly you must be honest with everyone involved. For your personal investments wholesaling could be ok. I would check with your broker in charge and she how they feel about it.

@Ben Bourgeault further clarification on boomers. A lot of boomers are in the sandwich generation, meaning they are raising their children and also taking care of their parents. I'm not sure how that would affect the real estate market, only that there is not as much downsizing for them as there was for boomer parents. I will actually check on this further to see if I can more information from a marketing perspective. j

Many boomers will keep working because we can't afford to live on social security. The first boomers hit social security age i 2011. Boomers were born between 1946 and 1964.
