@Jedd Braunwarth and @Eric Bilderback I too have decided to get licensed. The laws in North Carolina seem to be getting more realtor licensed friendly for lack of another word to me. And I feel getting my license will help me in whichever area of real estate I intend to specialize in.

Thank you for this information, I've been approached by a couple of wholesalers wanting to co-wholesale. And also a couple of realtors, not always sure how to handle the realtor part, because they want their commission too.

@Gerald Harris since I don't have a lot of time to spend on creating a website, I chose the alternative to let some create it for me, with a real estate investor in mind. I was then able to go in and tweak it as needed.

@Westin Hudnall I've been reading "How to make money on foreclosures" by Denise L.Evans, attorney at law. I've found it very informative for the step by step process. Many public libraries and Amazon.com have lots of these books that can be helpful. Jyeager

@Larry Turowski I don't have the property, the agent send me a message, telling about a cash buyer that she has. I really just needed to know how to handle this. And I think I have some of my questions answered. Thank you so much for the insights. I will talk to her and see if we can work something out.
