Angelo DiGiacinto great question but from reading the replies I'm still confused as to what yo use efficiently.

Keith Goodwine thank you. I too have spent money, but not as much as many others. But I decided that I would learn something from every thing regardless if I follow that particular REI path or not. I've become more cautious about REI but will not be deterred by those that just want to take my money.i'll follow my own path. Knowledge is power.

Terry Peters I've used Been Verified too with great success. I also use the property tax records and then use Been verified to get current invitation and phone numbers if possible.

I couldn't figure out where to ask this question, so I'm here. Every week I listen to the BP podcast.

I keep wondering is there a list of sponsors somewhere that I could refer to from time to time?
So far I haven't been successful in finding the ones I'm looking for.
