@Jeff Jansen Call as many realtors as you can until you find someone who is "investor friendly"
Have them send you all the multi familys for sale in areas you like.
Google "wholesalers city name" and call them and ask them to put you on their buyers list
Reply to homes for sale on craigslist and ask them if they have any more properties.
