Ben. You should talk with Amanda at Sunwest Credit Union. I know they have some harder rules when it comes to lending on Mods but might be worth a phone call.
And I would very much like to come out and see your place. You should PM and we can set something up soon.

Hello everyone.
I am really wanted to expand my real estate business this year, and to do ao I will need a little help from all of you.
I am in the market for Hard or Private money to help fund a flip or a "BRRR" house. I have great credit ( 780 ) and a good steady day job. I do have some experience with houses I have done the "BRRR" strategie for 3 rentals. And I also rehabed the house we are living in now for a "long term flip" and we have about 55K in equity as of today.
And info on where I can find the money from a good safe sorce would be much appreciated. Thank you
JAODN

I agree with @Ed E. That Fort Morgan and Brush are good areas for up north. But I would disagree with his statement on the Pueblo market. ( and no I am not a homer lol ) I have been investing in Pueblo for a few years. And there are a lot of opportunities here. I just did a "flip" that I will live in for a few years and in 1 year we have over 65k in equity. I also do buy and holds and have had great success. Pueblo has not appreciated much that means it is still in the market price for investors.

Hey BP. So i am a real estate investor from Pueblo Co. My sister in law is moving to Amarillo this coming year, so I started looking at properties to help her out. And there seems to be a good market in that area. I am looking at a few multi family units ( not sure how to describe what area ) hoping to find a few investors in the area to talk some things through. And also get your feel for where the state of the town is headed.
Thanks for reading.
Jason.
