@Jay Hinrichs - You have to admit that I've been super consistent about many things - real estate investing, Voxer, travel, economic predictions, etc. so Vox with me. I used to love California but, like JetSmarter who totally oversold memberships, I will echo Ronald Reagan's comments saying that I didn't leave California (or Tesla, or JetSmarter), California left me. They all got crappy. 

@Jay Hinrichs  yes, Voxer is the best way to communicate ever invented all human history. :-)
