List source will only be useful up to 4 units. Beyond that you need to search to get the LLC info and then owner info. Another simple way is go on Craigslist or the rent by owner sites pull up the address and when a multifamily, dial the number and call. You'll be shocked how many owners answer these calls. I tell them I'm not interested to rent but would they consider selling. I locked up a 12 unit this way.

Danny is an author, entrepreneur, host of a real estate mastermind, national speaker, and volunteer with The First Tee. Danny owns over $130,000,000 of real estate. He has over half a decade of professional experience working as a financial consultant. His passion for financial freedom started when he was five years old running small businesses to make extra money.
