Let's do our 1st Syndication!

@Yehonatan Baran yeah being from 1950s this is generally from poor soil compaction when the home was originally built and has been like this for years. Real simple way to see movement is to look at cracks and see how much much dirt dust is in them. If there’s clean marks then it’s still settling which is unlikely. Most likely there’s no footing under porch as well which doesn’t help. You can bandaid it but really with a corner step crack you’ve been given some good ideas of how to handle - power grout/ rip out new footing etc. We are in NJ so really can’t comment on what pricing would be there.

Started 4 years ago at 35. Done a number of flips (doing 5 right now), wholesales and small buy and holds and syndicated a 94 unit and 47 unit apartment building. Key for me has been reading and listening to everything I can (BP thank you) and surrounding myself with others who are doing what I want to do. Don’t think age matters here young or old. Each has a ton of advantages.
