@Bob Romano honestly we have tenants that always pay late with late fee every month and that is a great addition to our bottom line across 150+ units. If we have to file they get one chance to make good and pay for filing fees. Second filing they are out. If you are very concerned about the timing then maybe find out if there’s a reason.
