@Engelo Rumora I hate to tell you but you are probably wasting your time.  Most of the seasoned investors do not attend this group any more.

It is an interesting post.  @Larry Fried  I know we have discussed Birmingham in the past and you have been selling houses here in this market.

I'd love to help you out in the Montgomery, Birmingham or Huntsville markets.  I have the crews and can help you with your multifamily.  Doing it this way will save you some money as well.  Let me know what you would be interested in doing.
