I think the best place for this discussion would be in the Marketplace.  The BP Police seem to think everybody is promoting themselves with their responses to you.

I think this forum may be the wrong location for this topic as the BP police keep removing posts...  There are many investor oriented agents in Birmingham.

Interesting topic.  I think some of the turnkey industry in Birmingham and nationwide could use some light on the subject.  I'm wondering though, are you going to make this a fair ebook to the industry or are you only going to only promote the negative things you see?

Also, I think it fair to point out that your company might not provide turn keys today but your company has historically been involved in turnkeys.  Call it what you like, turn key, oversight fee etc. it's all the same.  The only difference is the risk associated for the person who is the owner at any stage.

Bottom line is that an investor both in state and out should know who they are dealing with and what type of product they want to invest in.
