Hi @Khadijah Adams, welcome to BP! And welcome to REI world. I suggest attending the local REIA meetings to meet other new investors and other experienced investors. Try not to ask for someone to mentor you. Instead, figure out a way to bring value to someone and just give. The more you give to others, the more you'll start to receive.

@Carl Brown - What market do you focus on? Cobb County? All over? How is the Cobb market looking right now in your experience?

@Eli Rose I understand the principle. First master it and test it out for 6 months and then conclude if it works for you or not. I've been talking with zbuyer, but after reading all the negative reviews, I'll pass. Thank you! Hope to see you at the next REIA meeting in Canton. All the best.

@Eli Rose - I was looking for reviews on zbuyer and came across your post. What has been your experience with them so far? It looks like you've tried them for close to 6 months now. Any deals come out of it, and if yes, how many a month?

How about your PPC campaign? How is that working out? Thanks for all the knowledge shared in this post. Kinda technical but very valuable.

Thanks!

@Bill Gulley Have you had success with Zbuyer? What is the lead generation rate and conversion rate? I'm considering using them, but so far have read a lot of negative reviews. I'm in  Atlanta area.

@Anton Watt I focus on single family rehabs in the Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta areas. The reason I asked is because I've spotted a distressed multifamily property and I just want to gain some knowledge on the market for something like that in Acworth. Because it makes me wonder, "is it distressed because the owner has let it happen or because the Acworth Market doesn't support a multiplex? That's why I was asking...
