@Michael Quarles Is there any discount for bundling the purchase of the lists and sending them through yellowletters? Or is it more convenient to mail merge all addresses and names if list is bought through yellowletters.com? I'm gearing up for my first marketing campaign, so I'm trying to understand the different products out there.

@Michael Quarles I just came across this old post, but it keeps on giving.

Can you please explain what the difference is between Listsource.com and the mailing lists at yellowletters.com? What are the advantages of investing in your website's lists vs those from listsource.com? Thanks!

@Anton Watt How is the Acworth market for multifamily in your opinion? Specifically, the Acworth city center between downtown and Cauble Park. I see a lot of renovations of SFH but do you think there is a market for multiplexes there?

@Mathias Bekele Yeah, you definitely want to know with some degree of certainty what the house will appraise for after repairs in case you need to refinance. Especially if you use Hard Money since you would have to refi after 6-12 months.

Good advice from the guys above.

I would recommend you connect with Contractors that deal with Historic Houses renovations, since they might encounter situations in need of a structural engineer.

@Ann A. That is a great idea! To start another sub-group meetup for West Cobb. There is actually another meetup in Kennesaw, every first thursday, but that one is paid for non members ($20) and free for members:

You can also watch the weekly live webinars by Brandon Turner. They are very informative, and even though they are not "in person" interaction, you can still interact with him by asking live questions. Go here:

All the best!

There is an REIA meeting in Canton, GA on Aug 22 at 7pm:

There's also the one in Kennesaw mentioned by @Germain Mopa, I think the first thursday of every month. That one is paid though, $20, unless you become a member with a $50/month fee.

@Kristin Whitaker I've been thinking about REIMobile for lead management. What is the cost associated with that? Also, BP has come up with a Lead Manager tool. Have you looked into that?

@Davon Lowery Is going to Home Depot to ask what they charge for installation (labor) of different line items a good idea? Meaning, is it in the ballpark of what an average, licensed contractor would charge for their labor costs?
