They do all of the due diligence to make sure the deal is solid and you can start with a $1000 to get the feel for it. I believe you earn anywhere 7-11% return. I am looking at doing this myself.

i'm want to know if there's a company i can use to mail small number of letters that isn't costly. i'm looking to mail to folks with expired listings, nods, trustee's sales, moving sales, tenant evictions, probates. i usually get about 200 addresses i'd like to mail to each month. just wondering if theres a cheaper service i can use. is stamps.com suited for that?
