If you get a phone call and the seller asks how much you can pay for the house, and you say that you will need to do a bit of research and call them back, what are all of the steps that you are doing before calling them back?

If you are sending out campains from different list providers, or even from the same provider but don't want an overlap of the same address, how do you scrub for duplicates?

Do you send out a different mailer to code violations that you send to delinquent tax lists or evictions? Should i customize for each one or just make a really good mailer that covers all of the benefits?

Post: Wholesaling for $256 an hour.

my only reward would be to actually see a post about someone talking about the stats they have seem on deals so I can compare. Supposedly this thread is about $/hr which is how I even found it - on google typing in wholesaling  $ per hour. But really not a lot of posts saying "it takes me 15 hours to do a deal and averge of $5k each etc"

Also if people can do a deal in 20 hours of work even, why aren't many wholesalers doing 8 deals a month?

Well, this whole thread seems to be about dollars per hour wholesaling, so how about you guys actually post how many hours you spend per month on wholesaling activities and how much you earn from them so we can actually calculate what wholesalers make?
