I'm in the midst of trying to create a website to bring in some leads as well, but that's taking some time. I'd like to do a direct mail campaign, but have no idea how to get a targeted list of potential motivated sellers (absentee owners, vacant properties, pre-foreclosures, etc.). I think I have enough contacts on the backend of this to be successful (contractors, realtors, cash buyers, etc.).... then again, I won't know for sure until I get that far. If anyone has any direction, I'd love to hear it!

Type "get motivated sellers" into the YouTube app on your phone after connecting a chromecast to your tv and watch away!

fortuneBuilders is very good but can be expensive. Definitely buy the wholesaling bible on amazon to start out.

When you get some time, merge those forms you have into 1 form on podio.

no, the video is on where cash buyers are buying so you know what zip codes are in demand, by cash buyers, who are the ones you'll be selling your deal to right? Buy (and send direct mail to) those zip codes.

I would suggest learning a ton about all seller finance options and what it takes to get them done.
