@Rick Pozos, thank you
@Greg Dickerson, we want to build to sell. We have heard to get a GC and others say you can save so much by being the GC. We are still looking into the process and running numbers...Thanks

Any advise for a first time new build? Cost specifically in the San Antonio, TX area and we may build in Levelland, TX as well. Do you get materials at Home Depot or do you use some type of supplier? Trim, doors, finishings, windows, etc.
Any recommendations on a good contractor and a good handyman in San Antonio, Tx and in Austin, Tx

@RyanMcleaird what’s the norm for money down. And I’d be relying on the renters to cover the payments. Of course once I find a place I’d run numbers and add for repairs and vacancies, etc. I’ll be moving to San Antonio in 6 months to a year. Thanks

What’s the best health insurance for self employment? Thanks
Thanks guys for all the good advise. I kinda knew what I should do, just wasn’t sure. Gonna talk it over with my wife, but I think getting my license is the way to go, keep learning and I am interested in multi family units. Again, Thanks everyone
@Michael Kistner I need a side job to save money. I thought about getting a real estate license but I was told not to get a license because then it’s harder to get deals because you have to be carful of being sued if the seller or there family thinks that you under buy a property, etc. what are your thoughts on that? Also, thanks for responding
