Used this again for 3 new tenants. Very smooth and quick. Potential tenants feel more comfortable paying directly themselves.

Thanks,

I just wanted to see how everyone else stays organized with supplies and paper work.
Do you digitalize all your paperwork? leases/apps/sec 8 papers etc..
Where do you keep it all? file cabinet? Safe?
Where and how do you keep all receipts organized?
I tape mine to paper and keep mine in a notebook also.. divided by property.
I keep mine in binders in sleeves.
How do you keep all your supplies/tools?
I am trying to figure out how to keep my supplies organized and quick to get to. ie painting/cleaning/etc..
thinking about getting some rubber maid containers for each
I am organized for the most part it just seems like I could improve (lean it out) after going through it yesterday..
I appreciate any tips or pointers

What should I expect the cost to be for something like the fuse/relay?
I am going to call the handyman who unclogged the toiled. I just want to be sure he is not ripping me off. (:
