Who should i ask for when im cold calling 100 unit apartment complexes?

The people at the front desk say the owner has no interest in selling when i call. I need to get around the GK and speak to someone higher up. Or maybe i should change my pitch a bit?

where did you get your list to call 1000 people? did you build it yourself?

I used to use Listsource for my direct mail. I've never used it for phone numbers though.  

Do they provide phone numbers? 

Is there a better company that provides phone numbers and is cost effective?

@Earl Hatmaker because only 20% of the BP community actually gives good advice. Also no clue what post you're talking about since i havvent had a deal
