Is it possible to buy a property in an Llc? Say a wholesaler has it tied up under contract and he sells you the Llc/ deal, is that ok? Than can they add partners in later?

Rogers Smith very cool, I'm looking at doing something similar. I have a line on 7 acres that I just tied up that I plan on building rentals on. I was planning on selling some lots to fund the first phase. Then start building some and sell half and keep half.

Hey everyone, So I identified a four plex for my 1031 exchange and then put it under contract. This will be my fourth property but as I was about to submit my Ernest money and option money. The current owner discloses that one of the tenants is suing them for a bogus slip and fall. She also tells us that if I want I can evict them right away because they're violating their lease by running a home business out of their apartment. So I guess do I run away from this deal? Go forward and begin eviction proceedings the first week? Or option 3? Thanks again!

@David Ivy I have gotten some recommendations but just trying to sort them out now. A lender I use just recommended Gary brownell at preferred personal insurance agency.

What insurance company are you using, and what how much? Does owner pay for trash, I didn't see any cans or dumpsters? Whats the NOI?
