Hey Guys,

After I year of roaming the country I am back in Minneapolis. I'm currently rebuilding my fitness business but am also ready to get into REI. Any advice is appreciated and I am looking to take advantage of the new home buyer credits that are currently in Minneapolis.

Are there any good REIA groups in the area that I can attend?

I need a reliable commercial realtor/leasing agent in Austin, Tx. Recommendations are appreciated!

Anyone have any experience with Broadway Bank?

After a small roam around the country I have settled in Austin, Tx. I am not looking to buy right now but am looking to find a good local bank to build a relationship with and some meetups to attend.

I've spent a lot of time in St. Petersburg recently and although some neighborhoods are great some are also in a very bad way at this time. I would start with driving the entirety of St Pete before you even consider looking at houses to buy. $100k in a place like St Pete seems risky to me at this time. Probably good for cash flow but maybe a nightmare.

Are you going to be helping with management of the properties?
