@Conny W. You can try to put them on the BP Marketplace located here: BP Marketplace
You can promote and advertise your deals.

Google Sketchup is pretty good. Lots of people use it.
Autodesk just came out with Home Styler: http://www.homestyler.com/
Its pretty impressive. & Autodesk is the leader in CAD software. They actually have full catalogs of real furniture brands and designs.
Hope that helps!

That is exactly what municipalities do to roadwork contractors, only on a much larger scale.
This probably weeds out the contractors that aren't reliable before they even start the job.
Great idea!

Do you know what the average time to sell a 2b/1ba 800sq/ft home in that area is?
I think the time on the market especially for a 1 bath might take some time to sell. Unless of course, these types of homes are selling well in this neighborhood.
@Bill Jacobsen has some great points to look at.

Nice plan @Michael Westberry ! Best wishes on the cash-flow & experience.
@Account Closed ! Funny, I see & hear about people selling their skills and its helped them move up the ladder quickly.
Its great getting different opinions from different backgrounds. I realize this, having the degree wont hurt, but may distract while growing a business. Its always a great backup plan to have. Some people value and feel more comfortable working with you when you have earned a degree, but others could care less.
Regardless, hard work & building your solid business is one of the most crucial, fundamental steps.
Thanks you all!

If the siding is pretty dirty, could always to a power washing on it. That would really help make the siding pop. But i wouldn't paint it.
But I agree with everyone else. For whatever reason a red door always gives it that nice homey feel.

Awesome work @Andy M. ! Cool little idea to document it like that, too.
Did your comps still have similar numbers after a year?
Great job! Keep it up!
