Nick, I've got a possible short sale in the works. I'm meeting with the lady tomorrow, getting all of her info for the short-sale package, and getting a contract signed. I was wondering if I could get some info on possibly working with you and your team about it. I've been educating myself about them for a couple of months now, but haven't had the opportunity to work on one yet. Would you recommend I try this one myself for the experience, or would I be wise to hand it over to the experts? Thanks man, you rock!

Plus he offers a ton of free video tips. And then he offers a ton more on his youtube channel. Great guy. It would be a great place to get started if you're interested in wholesaling. Hope it helps!

I agree with Steve and Jeff. I've heard that averaging, at least in this market, is not an accurate enough depiction of what's going on right now.

Does anyone know where I can get a good, enforceable copy of one of those flex-option contract? I am finding myself in the same position now, marketing deals for other wholesalers as a kind of a sideline. I've never used one before, and have never seen one. Any ideas? Thanks!

Great idea! I like the county idea. I'm just trying to figure out a way to organize the info. My county isn't the best about that.
