Sure does, thanks Jeff! Even when I was newer than I am now, your advice was always solid. When you say that every couple of weeks you check recent sales. Do you get that info from the title company, a realtor, or somewhere else? Sorry to ask so many questions, but I feel like we're on a roll here :)

Thanks Jeff, I will give that a try. Do you call them about every property you are thinking about making an offer on?

Awesome! So would you just call them out of the blue? Stop in? Sorry if the question seems stupid :)

Thanks guys! Jeff, will a title company that you have not yet worked with do that for you? Who would you speak with to get that done?

Thanks Josh! I don't believe we've met :) So you basically just disregard the "zestimate" or whatever number the site gives you, and just straight go to the comps? I've noticed that about those sites as well. With the 2 year old comps. How is that useful to anyone, I wonder? :) Anyway, keep 'em comin guys!

Ok, not really... But what I WAS wondering... I've heard people suggest those two sites for finding comps for wholesaling before you can afford a subscription service. Thing is, cyberhomes alwyas seems 20%-60% Lower than zillow. What the heck is a guy supposed to do with that?? So I was wondering if anybody had a favorite. I know that neither one of them are great, but which one, if you were forced to pick, would you use to start? Thanks!

Looks good Robert! I would also ask them how many more properties they plan to buy in the next 12 months. Keep us posted!

Hi Gloria! I second Justin's suggestion. I just started reading that book yesterday and it's great. Also, have you considered wholesaling? It's a great way to start with little money. Please colleague request me and PM if I can be of assistance to you in any way.

Well, she asked me to call her tomorrow to present the offers, so I haven't had a chance to pitch it yet. I just wanted to be able to present both offers, and was wondering if there was even a way to do make that happen. I've never come across a heloc in 1st position before.
