Happy 2015 Everybody!  Id love to ask all you Kansas City Investors, Wholesalers, and Realtors, which neighborhoods do you think are the next "Up and Coming" and what are your favorite "bread and butter" areas for buy and hold?

Hi All,

I just got an email from Rental Home Financing, they look interesting. I did a google search nothing came up and they're not accredited through the B.B.B.

Has anyone had any experience with them yet, from what I can tell they only opened up shop this year.

Thanks,

johanna

Hi!

I'll be in Indy in a couple of weeks looking for buy and holds (turnkey and not) in the areas where the revitalization is taking place. Id like to establish some connections before then and would appreciate any recommendations for :

Real Estate Agent

Property Manager

Property Inspector

Attorney

General Contractor

Title Company

Contractor

Local Lender

Wholesaler

Thanks in advance for any help!
