@Aidan Mulligan what did you do after high school to gain capital? Im sorry that this so off topic, but I’m in high school and I’m trying to figure out what to do after high school, to save up some money.

@Allan R. Graham Stephan made a video about this. “Worst tenets ever, eviction story.”

Does anyone have some ideas in terms of jobs that would be good so I can gain some Capital? I want to invest full time and really have no clue for what I will do for a job to raise enough money for a downpayment, and living cost.

@Jim K. Originally I liked the stock market, but as time went on I realized how much risk the stock market brings (this was probably 3 years ago.) I slowly moved over and am now fully interested in real estate investing. It seems more secure to me, and more attainable to be successful at. I also like it more because I like houses, and I like the long term financial gain i can receive if I work hard and start learning early. I started thinking about this because i listen to people talk. And when you hear different people all saying the same thing, its a good idea that you may want to listen to them, or at least thats how I think. They all had the same regret, they didn’t have any investments, they were not financially literate, and they were not good at spending their money and investing it. Another thing is, I dont want a ceiling over how much money I can earn. If I want to work for 18 hours a day I want to do that, but also if I want to not work at all for a day I want to be able to do that. I want to be on my own schedule and be my own boss, I dont want to have someone else telling me what to do. I also I love and want to collect pre 2000 year cars like Jay lenno does and that requires money. So basically I’m just trying to steer myself in a direction that has wealth and financial freedom.
