@Stephanie Martinson thank you for your insight. I love reading books so I’m good there. I never thought about making a website and business cards, I’m gonna get working on that when I come home from school. Thank you very much!

@Andrew Boettcher I’m a year ahead in school. I went through the full business academy in my school. Unfortunately my guidance counselor is very un professional and is very quick with me when i go and see him. Thank you for your response, Im not actually planing on dropping out, I just wanted to see what the views from the other side were. Thank you.

@John Moorhouse I just wanted to see views from the other side of the table. Obviously I care about it enough to get good grades.

@John Moorhouse I guess I’m just not seeing the benefits of being in school. When I could be receiving a more useful and helpful education outside of school.

I want to build a real estate investing business. I want to buy and hold, I want to rent I want to do BRRRR's and I feel like High School is holding me back. I also want to get a job working with GC starting out as a laborer and working my way up. I sit in school for 6-7 hours a day miserable, tired and annoyed. I feel like I could be home studying, or in an internship and gaining real world experience. I dont feel like i fit in school because of what I want to do. What do you guys think about this? I am finishing up 10th grade. I have big plans and I want to start executing them. The only issue with this is I want to join the fire department and I dont know if they require a High School diploma or not. Im feeling really torn at the moment. (For reference I am a honor roll student 90.4 GPA)

@Renay Reese I dont do any because im not yet old enough to get my pistol permit so obviously I cant get my concealed carry but, when you open carry it tends to makes you look douchy. Myself and many other people dont see the need to be showing it off. Have it on you, but through your shirt over it.

A wannabe successful investor comes to you for help and advice. What advice would you say to them, and how would you guide them on to the right track so they can get where they need to be?

@Ryan McGrath I like that. Im probably going to do that. I am used to working with people who are seasoned my dads a mechanic, my uncles a lead weirder, my uncle John is a carpenter. Im used to dealing with them. And I definitely have the attitude. Thank you for sharing how you started because Ive never talked to anyone who actually started as a laborer.
