@Clifford Paul I have a decent side hustle, i live in NewYork so i get both the summer and winter. In the summer, i cut lawns and help my older neighbors clean, move stuff or instal anything simple like a light or shelf. That usually makes me about 200$ a month. Every July we get a drought, when that comes around i water my neighbors garden. Its a huge garden that usually takes me about an hour and a half to water every night. When i do that I usually get an extra 250$ a month. So in mid summer i make around 450$ a month. I do fall clean up, and in winter I go around and clean up all the walk ways and paths that the plow guys dont do for my neighbors. Right now I’m saving for a car so i can get on a payroll to help fund my future plans.

How do you seasoned investors find good deals on rental properties, and what are big red flags that scare you away from certain properties?

What did you all do before you started investing? What jobs did you have so you could raise the funds for a downpayment and such. I am 15, i want to own rental properties and am wondering what i could do to raise the funds.
